Initiate Your Request
Log into your CLN account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
